Land of the Rich & Famous

Hello! My birthday was January 15th, so we decided to go somewhere. We wanted to go snowboarding, visiting NYC or go to LA to see Jack's sister. SOOOOO..... Over MLK weekend, we went and visited the West Coast! We visiting Los Angeles and stayed with Jack's sister and her husband. Our cousin Kim even came down from the state of Washington to visit too.

It was lots of fun. Justin & Kristen recently bought a house over the summer, and adopted two dogs: Buddy & Scout. We arrived in California on a thursday and walked around Santa Monica all day. The next day Kristen drove us to Hollywood, Beverly Hills, and we visited Rodeo Drive. On Saturday we went to Venice Beach and walked around, and met up with some friends.

We had to leave on Sunday :-(  The weather was great out there, like 70 degrees!!!!....a nice change from the normal 30 degree weather we were getting in DC. Here are some pictures from our trip, I can't wait to visit again!

Snowboarding day trip!

Hey everyone!

Can you believe it is already 2010? Time flies by so fast. It is crazy!! Well, today Jack & I went on a daytrip snowboarding/skiing with some friends. It was fun! It is called Liberty Mountain, and it is only 1 1/2 hours from DC. A great daytrip in PA!

Here are a few pictures, it was great finally being out on a snowboard. The last time we went was in February 2009 to New Hampshire. Almost a year! Time really does fly.....

We love the outdoors & snowboard season, it is a great interest we share!

Married Christmas Fun

Our first Christmas as a married couple! It consisted on seeing as many people as we could and running around like crazy! I visited PA a few days on my own because Jack couldn't get off work. But we saw lots of people over the Christmas season. Here are a few pictures from the crazy week!

Big Snow #2!

I am a little behind on blogging, so I am catching up. Happy New Year! Merry Christmas!  Here are the pictures from a big snow we had a few weeks. We got about 2 feet! It just kept dumping snow all day!
